What we collect
When you use the contact form on this site, we collect the information you submit: your name, email address, and message. We use this only to respond to your enquiry.
How we use it
We use your contact details solely to reply to your message and, if you become a client, to coordinate our work together (aerial footage, virtual walkthroughs, 360° photospheres, Google review QR codes, and related support). We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
Where it is stored
Messages submitted through our contact form are stored on our website (hosted with OVHcloud) and may also be delivered to our email inbox. Our site uses standard WordPress plugins (including WPForms and TranslatePress) to operate the contact form and the language switcher; these plugins may process data as necessary to provide that functionality.
Legal basis and how long we keep it
We process your contact details on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry, and, where you become a client, to perform our contract with you. We keep enquiry messages only as long as needed to respond and, for client records, for as long as the business relationship continues plus a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time – see “Your rights” below.
Cookies
This website does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. The only cookies set are strictly necessary ones used by WordPress itself (for example, to remember your language preference or to support site security) and do not identify you personally.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you by emailing info@fengariempire.com. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your data, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority – in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk), or the data protection authority in your own EU country (for example, UODO in Poland).
